We are seeking a highly motivated Automation Engineer to join our R&D QA team and lead all automation development.


A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

  • Design, develop, and execute automated tests to ensure the quality of our vehicle inspection systems.
  • Create and own end-to-end test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile applications and cloud-based algorithms.
  • Develop and maintain end-points tests automation processes.
  • Maintain and improve the automation framework to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
  • Lead cross-team technical discussions on automation strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in QA automation.
  • Strong proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Node.js, Typescript, etc.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and processes (e.g. Github Actions, Jenkins).
  • Experience working with cloud providers (AWS, GCP) and cloud services (such as S3, Firebase, EC2, K8s).
  • Test and implement AI-based testing automation tools for efficiency improvements and coverage enhancement.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and value end-to-end ownership of projects.
