A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

As a Project Manager in UVeye, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the successful execution of the product roadmap.

Your day-to-day work will involve coordinating cross-functional teams, aligning priorities, and removing roadblocks to ensure smooth progress across all project phases.

You’ll have both tactical and strategic impact—whether it’s making same-day decisions to resolve escalations and keep projects on track, or driving long-term initiatives like kicking off a key strategic feature.

Acting as the go-to person for stakeholders, you’ll provide updates, influence decisions, and ensure the team delivers impactful, customer-focused solutions that shape the product’s success.

Requirements

Requirement 

  • Demonstrated success in executing product roadmap projects in collaboration with Product and R&D teams, particularly in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • 5+ years of experience managing multidisciplinary projects involving software, hardware, and algorithms, with a strong focus on delivering impactful results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Sc.).
  • Hands-on experience working with teams focused on Machine Learning and Computer Vision algorithms.
  • Proven ability to make both tactical (immediate) and strategic (long-term) decisions that drive project success.
  • Previous experience managing employees directly and fostering their growth and success.
  • Strong execution skills, consistently meeting project goals while ensuring quality, performance, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, with significant experience in Agile processes.
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, bringing together colleagues from diverse disciplines to achieve shared goals.
  • Experience in the automotive industry – an advantage.
