Dealer Activation – Team Leader
Description
At UVeye, we’re on a mission to redefine vehicle safety and reliability on a global scale. Founded in 2016, we pioneered the world’s first fully automated suite of vehicle inspection systems. At the heart of this innovation lies our advanced AI-centric technology, representing the pinnacle of computer vision, machine learning, and generative AI within the automotive sector.
With over $380M in funding and strategic partnerships with industry giants such as Toyota, Amazon, General Motors, Volvo, and Hertz, our technology is utilized in manufacturing plants, dealerships, wholesale auctions, delivery fleets, seaports, and more. Our growing global team of 250+ employees is committed to creating a workplace that celebrates diversity, encourages teamwork, and strives for excellence.
Our Team Leader of Dealer Activation & Training will be responsible for building and leading the organization that drives dealer adoption from installation through long-term lifecycle enablement. This role owns the full Dealer Activation function, including onboarding, relaunch execution, and ongoing enablement, and is accountable for delivering a consistent, scalable, and high-quality dealer experience.
This leader also owns UVeye’s external training strategy and is responsible for designing, maintaining, and executing a comprehensive training curriculum that supports every stage of a dealer’s lifecycle. By removing operational load from Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and standardizing the activation engine, this role ensures that CSMs can focus on renewals, strategic engagement, and ROI delivery.
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:

- Assign and coach Activation Managers across onsite and virtual launches
- Step into high-impact or high-risk dealer activations as needed
- Ensure dealer goals, success metrics, and expectations are clearly set at launch
- Partner with CS Team Leads to execute tight handoffs—no dropped balls
- Monitor early adoption metrics and flag dealers needing extended activation
- Share activation insights with Sales, CS Ops, and Product to improve future launches
- Faster time-to-value: Dealers see wins early, not months later
- Lower early churn risk: Clean launches prevent downstream issues
- Stronger expansion readiness: Momentum starts in Month 1
- CS efficiency: CSMs inherit healthy, activated accounts
- Scalable excellence: Activation becomes repeatable, not personality-driven
- Dealer advocacy: Real-world feedback drives smarter internal decisions
