We are looking for an Enterprise Applications Project Manager who will be responsible for managing Information System projects, including platforms like Salesforce and NetSuite. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Operations) and technical teams. You will not just manage timelines; you will own the “product vision” for our internal systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with information systems and a solid grasp of business processes, enabling them to align technical solutions with business objectives.
A day in the life and how you’ll make an impact:
Product Management & Strategy:
- Manage the feature backlog specifically for Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud) and NetSuite. Prioritize features based on business value, technical feasibility, and strategic goals.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and external vendors to define, analyze, research, and document business requirements and workflows
- Solution design – Translate business needs into technical requirements to improve processes, and define processes with an external and internal implementation team
Project Execution & Delivery:
- Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Perform risk assessment and implement mitigation plans
- UAT & QA – Define acceptance criteria and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions to ensure zero-defect deployments.
System Optimization & Governance:
- Create and maintain system documentation, including functional and technical specifications, user guides, and training materials
- Data Integrity – Act as the guardian of master data (Customer, Item, Pricing) across systems
- Provide guidance, support, coordination and act as a change management champion
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as adoption rate and usage frequency
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as Technical/hands-on Project Manager in high-tech with Enterprise Systems
- Dual-Ecosystem Knowledge – Experience in the domains of Salesforce, Netsuite and integrations (Sales, Service and ERP domains)
- Lifecycle Management: Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Procure-to-Pay and service processes
- Proven experience in leading end-to-end crossed teams projects that might include integrations
- Proven experience in planning complex projects in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solver with the ability to articulate program issues and drive to resolution
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Experience with data migration projects, including data cleansing, mapping, and validation
- Experience working with Jira/Confluence
- PMP certification is a plus
- Accountable and highly driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Ideally, we’re looking for:
- Technical familiarity with Salesforce and/or NetSuite
- Experience working in startup environments, understanding their unique challenges and dynamics
- Familiarity with data analysis concepts, including the ability to interpret and manipulate data for reporting and decision-making

Compensation:
UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with the New Jersey State Law on salary transparency in job advertisements. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, skills, location, education, and operational needs. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentives or other forms of compensation or benefits. The annual base salary range for this position is $105,000 – $120,000.
