The way dealerships inspect, acquire, and merchandise vehicles is changing. UVeye and Cox Automotive’s vAuto have announced a new collaboration that brings AI-powered vehicle inspections and condition intelligence directly into the retail workflow.

This partnership connects UVeye’s automated inspection technology with vAuto’s appraisal, pricing, and inventory tools, giving dealers real time, objective visibility into vehicle condition without slowing down operations.

Turning Inspections Into Smarter Decisions

Until now, many inspection processes relied on manual checks, subjective assessments, and disconnected systems. By integrating UVeye’s AI-driven inspection data into tools dealers already use, this new solution helps eliminate friction across acquisition and merchandising workflows.

For dealerships that license both platforms, the collaboration unlocks bundled solutions that reduce cycle time, improve transparency, and support faster, more confident decision making across the sales and service journey.

Proven Results From Early Dealer Testing

The partnership, first announced in August 2025, has already shown strong results through early joint pilots. In the initial phase of testing, UVeye’s inspection data was integrated into vAuto appraisal and inventory tools used by select dealers.

To date, more than 125 dealers have used the combined solution, with over 850 vehicles acquired using automated inspection processes. Dealers are now leveraging automated photos and AI-driven asset creation to speed up time to being retail-ready and improve merchandising quality.

Live Today at Active Dealerships

The integration is already live at Brickell Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Miami, where UVeye’s system captures exterior, underbody, and tire conditions in seconds and feeds standardized inspection data directly into the dealer workflow.

By linking inspection and condition intelligence with pricing and inventory tools, dealers can evaluate vehicles more precisely and deliver on-the-spot offers before a customer leaves the service lane or showroom.

Supporting Faster Appraisals and Smarter Merchandising

UVeye’s systems are installed at hundreds of dealerships across the US and globally, generating consistent inspection data and imagery across underbody, tires, and exterior condition. This data now supports faster appraisals, automated merchandising, service-to-sales workflows, and more efficient inventory acquisition.

With real time condition data at the center of every decision, dealers can act faster, reduce subjectivity, and create a more transparent experience for both customers and internal teams.

Demonstrating at NADA 2026

The new capabilities will be showcased at the upcoming NADA Show from February 3 to 6, 2026, in Las Vegas, with live demonstrations at both the Cox Automotive booth and the UVeye booth (#4723W).

Additional joint solutions and expanded integrations are expected to roll out throughout 2026 as the partnership continues to evolve.
